BANQUET FACILITIES

Hannibal Country Club is a full-service banquet facility, equipped to accommodate any occasion.  We have formal, garden and grand hall rooms with a total seating capacity up to 300 guests.  The professional staff of the Hannibal Country Club welcomes the opportunity to host your wedding, rehearsal dinner, luncheon, business or social event.  All events, casual to elegant, are carefully planned to fulfill all your needs.

Hannibal Country Club is a member owned club, which requires a non-refundable $350 deposit for the facility rental for all non-member functions.  Please contact the clubhouse manager for further details.  Banquet Packages are available for your immediate use.  All non-members must be sponsored by an active member of the Hannibal Country Club.

CATERING PACKAGES

CONTRACT & FEES

Hannibal Country Club abides by all written contracts.  Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the event.  Hannibal Country Club is a member owned club, which requires a $350 deposit for all non-member functions.

The Country Club requires that a minimum of $10/lunch and $15/dinner per guest be applied on a banquet.  Any amount that does not meet this requirement will be applied to the bill as a room fee.  The client is also subject to fees for any damage incurred by the client or their guests during the event. 

Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check or cash are welcome.
