DAMON BLEAZARD
HCC EXECUTIVE CHEF
Executive Chef Damon Bleazard came to the Hannibal Country Club with nearly 16 years experience in the food industry. He graduated with an associate degree in culinary arts from the prestigious Johnson Wales University in Denver, Colorado, the alma mater of famed chef and television personality Emeril Lagasse.
Although trained in the area of traditional French cuisine, Damon has a passion for Modern American Fusion food, and can be quite happy cooking up a juicy hamburger, complete with bacon and cheese.
Damon’s six years as a sous chef in the Denver area and the country club in St. Joseph, Missouri, have given him a well-rounded background in food preparation for the large urban restaurant setting, as well as for the more casual dining to be found in small town mid-America.
He looks forward to serving the needs of the members of the Hannibal Country Club with his exciting and innovative approach to dining. |
